Thank you for your interest in The Gardens at Monroe. As you are planning for your rehabilitation or long-term care needs, we encourage you to contact us with questions or arrange a tour.

Comprehensive care planning is an integral part of your stay. We will work with your primary healthcare provider to design a plan of care to address your needs. Our interdisciplinary team meets with each resident or patient and his or her caretakers and family members shortly after admission to discuss goals and expectations.

For short-term patients, we understand that we may be a stepping stone on your path to recovery. The Gardens at Monroe’s advanced Social Services team members work closely with patients and their families to expedite the transition back to the community. They meet regularly with every patient to ensure that any necessary support services are in place at the time of discharge.

If you have a planned surgery, we will work with you on scheduling to ensure that you can reserve a room with us for your post-surgical rehabilitation.

Family members, including children and pets, are encouraged to visit patients between 8 am and 8 pm. Visiting hours may be changed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please contact the facility for current visiting hours. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurances.

A visit will let you experience the warmth and community offered by The Gardens at Monroe. Please contact us to learn more about how The Gardens at Monroe can help you reach your healthcare goals.
